Buff Poison Arrow-one of the skills that needs it
Poison Arrow is relatively useless now due to poison tip sig having just as great a capability to inflict poison, and as PA has no other bonus' there's no need for it, most people go for BA anyway for degen. So here's my idea:
Poison Arrow(5e,1ct,10r)- +5...20 damage, inflicts poison for 5...15 seconds. If that foe is bleeding they suffer from -1...3 degen for 10seconds.
OR
Poison Arrow(10e,1ct,10r)-+5...25 damage, inflicts poison for 5...18 seconds. If that foe is bleeding inflicts cracked armour for 5...15 seconds.
Now the reason for the first idea of putting degen like from vile miasma is because if it was disease it would end up being annoying aoe degen, which no one likes. And for the second one I thought cracked armour cos, hell few skills cause it enough. Thoughts?

Make it pseudo-barrage like IA? What's wrong with spammable -7 AoE degen? =D

Make it practically the same thing with poison and a longer duration. That would make it a decent skill. Still not great, but decent.

Actually, that version + Barbed Arrows would probably completely replace IA + Apply Poison in GvG. It'd be moderately insane; I was being somewhat sarcastic with my suggestion.

How about adding an interupt if the target is already poisoned?
Conceptually the victim would be momentarily nauseated by the influx of MORE toxins and would lose their concentration.
You'd have to up the recharge a bit of course, or at least up the recharge if the interupt occurs.

Attack Skill. Target foe is poisoned for 5..20 seconds. Up to 0..2 foes nearby target foe are also poisoned. If target foe was already poisoned, that foe is interrupted.

the best buff it can recieve at this point is "unblockable" ala [crippling shot] and perhaps a few extra seconds in duration
and if u wanna go overboard wit teh buff...then 1/2s cast
(hey, [hunter's shot] gets it so y not?)
otherwise, it would need a complete mechanics change
which i think would be better
cuz teh point of poison arrow is to apply poison to multiple targets as fast as possible
and [incendiary arrows] already does that better
